During your logo briefing workshop, we’ll map our your brand vision, what your brand stands for, who your ideal customers are, how you want your brand to be thought of, and your logo design brief. It’s very important.

Our workshop helps us to deeply understand your brand and vision, which in turn lets us make informed decisions about every aspect of your project. With the right tools and strategy in place, your branding will play an huge role in how people feel about your products and services – and what they think of your business overall.

We include two logo concepts as standard in our bundles because we’re confident that our discovery workshop has given us a solid handle on your brand. But of course, we can design more options if you need them at a small additional cost.

Our research and planning phase is thorough – this means we’re on the same page as you from the beginning. But your logo is a representation of your business. So if you’re not satisfied we’ll revisit, revise and keep going until you’re proud of the result.

All logos are completely custom-designed, in line with your brand’s specific vision and needs. We don’t do “cookie cutter” designs, or variations on the same idea again and again. We follow your lead to create logo concepts that set you apart from the competition. We don’t believe in second-rate design and never create designs we’re not proud of.

Sometimes a vertical format of your logo will work best, sometimes a horizontal format will work best. We provide both – and with alternating colour variations – so you can use the best version of your logo for the job.

Your brand guidelines are the “rulebook” on how to use your logo and stay on brand in different contexts. They include how your logo should look over different backgrounds, how it is oriented over the page, your logo’s shape, type, proportion and more. For example, you would share them with external suppliers to make sure your branding is consistent across signage, embroidery, advertising, sponsorship and more.

The guide describes the colours in your logo and branding in CMYK, and RGB and Hex codes – this means your colours will be spot on in any context.

Of course! This often comes up at our brand discovery session. We’ll offer the opportunity to add them into our bundle packages at a discounted rate – or we can start these projects at a later date.

Each bundle is listed with its delivery timeframe. We run strict processes to be able to meet these deadlines. It’s important that you’re across the timeline so we can incorporate your feedback into our work. When we work together, we can finish the project sooner than later.

We’ve built our own WordPress template that we use to build your template. We have a series of “building blocks” that we customise to suit your brand identity and content requirements.

We use WordPress because it’s easy for you to update (we’ll show you how) or for us to add extra pages in the future.
We partner with expert copywriters who will strengthen your brand and distill your message to appeal to your target market – and apply SEO best strategies so you’re easier to find.

We’ll get started with a no obligation phone call. If we’re the right fit for you, we’ll send a project contract for you to sign. We’ll send your first invoice (50% of the project fee) once we receive your contract. Once we’ve locked in your logo concept together, we’ll send the final 50% invoice.
